Mac OS X Leopard Tip: Configure Mail to Send "Real" Attachments

In Mail, while not in the middle of sending an email, go to the Edit > Attachments menu, and revel in the new ‘Always Insert Attachments at end of Message’ option. With this option selected, Microsoft Outlook users (among others) will finally be able to properly receive JPGs and other attachments you send. (via Mac OS X Hints)
